A defective or damaged item can be reported to us using the following steps:
- First check the item yourself
- Have you already looked at or tested the product?
- Sometimes a small problem is easy to solve without having to return anything.
- Send us clear photos or a short video.
- Make sure the defect is clearly visible.
- Add a short description of the problem.
- Include the article number.
- Is it about a machine? If so, please also send the serial number, preferably with a clear photo of it.
- We will review and assess the picture and let you know whether it is under guarantee and how we will solve it (replacement, credit note, etc.).
- Do not return anything without consultation
- Wait for our instructions before returning anything.
- We'll let you know if a return is necessary and how to do it.
