The item I ordered is faulty/damaged. What should I do?

A defective or damaged item can be reported to us using the following steps:

  1. First check the item yourself
    • Have you already looked at or tested the product?
    • Sometimes a small problem is easy to solve without having to return anything.
  2. Send us clear photos or a short video.
    • Make sure the defect is clearly visible.
    • Add a short description of the problem.
    • Include the article number.
  3. Is it about a machine? If so, please also send the serial number, preferably with a clear photo of it.
    • Wait for our assessment.
  4. We will review and assess the picture and let you know whether it is under guarantee and how we will solve it (replacement, credit note, etc.).
    • Do not return anything without consultation
  5. Wait for our instructions before returning anything.
    • We'll let you know if a return is necessary and how to do it.
