If your shipment consists of multiple packages/boxes, it may be that some of these are still out for delivery with the carrier. If this is the case, you will always receive a track & trace code. We recommend waiting one or two working days. If you still haven’t heard anything after two days, please contact us for further information. Please note: if the missing items are also not listed on the packing slip, it means they were out of stock and therefore cancelled. The purchase price of these items will be refunded automatically to your bank account.
