The circle cutter is the ideal tool for all your papercrafts like scrapbooking, arts and crafts with children or making colourful paper flowers.

With a twist of the knob, you can adjust the blade to the desired diameter, allowing for even more precise cutting. The unit of measurement is indicated in both centimetres (10 - 32 cm) and inches (4" - 12.5"). The circle cutter comes with 3 extra spare blades that can be stored safely in the handy built-in storage compartment underneath the tool. It also includes a device for safely replacing the blade.
