My package is damaged. What should I do?

Always check your package carefully upon receipt. Was the package delivered damaged by the carrier? Then the carrier must make a note of this. If it appears that items are also damaged, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via [email protected].

  • a photo or video showing the defect or damage to both the shipping box and the item
  • a clear description of the problem
  • the order number
