Versafine Clair and Distress inks are perfect for ink blending. This tool is also well suited for applying paints.

It is best to use a new blending foam for each colour to prevent colours from mixing inadvertently. Each foam piece has a thin layer of fabric on one side, which is where you attach the foam to the handle. Dab the blending foam in ink or paint and apply it to the surface. Always work from the outside inward and begin with the lightest colour to achieve the best results.
