A paper stump is suitable for all kinds of erasable materials, such as pencil (graphite), chalk, pastel and charcoal. Use it to blend colours, create shadows or soften coloured areas and details. To do this, move the tip of the paper stump over the material in circular movements.

This set contains 6 paper blending stumps in different thicknesses. Use the thin paper stumps for detailed work. The thicker paper stumps are perfect when working with graphite. You can easily clean them by sharpening them with a sharp knife, just like you would with a pencil, or by rubbing the tip over a piece of sandpaper or an emery board.
