Stamp cheerful flowers using a plastic sandwich bag and acrylic paint! A playful technique with a colourful result.

Take a plastic sandwich bag and tie the sealed end tightly with a piece of string.

Choose a few fresh spring colours and place them on a plate or paint palette. Also, prepare a sheet of watercolour paper as your base.

Turn the plastic bag inside out and tie the open end as well. Make sure to leave some air inside so it remains slightly puffed up.

Use a paintbrush to apply a layer of paint onto the bag. Ensure that the centre, where you tied the string, is right in the middle of the paint – this will form the core of the flower. You can use a different colour for contrast.

Press the bag onto the paper to stamp your first flower.

Repeat this process with different colours until your canvas is filled with flowers.

Use a paintbrush to paint leaves around the flowers.

Stamp the words “Stay wild” at the top of your artwork using a stamp set.

Finally, stamp “Let your dreams blossom” at the bottom, or choose another inspiring message that suits your creation.
