1
Choose a few sheets you like from the Fresh Lemonade paper block by Marianne Design. Cut the first printed sheet to 14 x 14 cm.
2
Take a sheet of orange paper and cut it to 15 x 15 cm. Attach this to an ivory-coloured Florence double card measuring 15.5 x 15.5 cm. This will be the card base. Set it aside for now.
3
Take the sheet from step 1 and the set of circle dies. Use the smallest die and place it in the centre of the paper. Run it through the die-cutting machine. Keep both the sheet with the hole and the cut-out circle.
4
Cut an acetate sheet to 8 x 8 cm and attach it to the back of the sheet with the hole.
5
Select a sheet with lemons on the front and pink on the back. Use the largest scalloped circle die and the largest plain circle die. Place them on the pink side of the paper and run them through the die-cutting machine. Keep the cut-out circle.
6
Now place the same sheet with the lemon print facing up. Use the same dies in a smaller size and run them through the die-cutting machine.
7
Attach both decorative edges to the front of the sheet with the acetate.
8
Turn the acetate sheet over and place 3D foam pads around the window, ensuring they are closely aligned with no gaps.
9
Sprinkle Shakables in the centre of the foam pads.
10
Take the circle saved from step 5 and place it with the lemon print facing the Shakables. Attach it. Add foam pads along the edges of the paper and affix the entire piece to the card base from step 2.
11
Die-cut the ice creams from various fun patterned papers using the ice cream dies.
12
Assemble the ice creams as desired and stick them together.
13
Take the circle from step 3 and use the smallest round die to create a crescent shape by placing it at an angle. Run it through the die-cutting machine.
14
Write a refreshing message on the crescent with a brush pen or fine liner.
15
Attach the crescent and ice creams to the card. To add extra dimension, some ice creams can be adhered with foam tape.
