 Heartful Joyful Gess-Oh is designed by Jane Davenport for Creative Expressions and is part of the Cosmic Shimmer Collection. This is an ultra-matte acrylic paint to be used as a bright velvety base. This base paint has a strong pigment that covers well. This paint can be used for stamping as well as a base for collage sheets. This paint comes in a 50 ml plastic bottle with a flip-top lid that makes it easy to squeeze the paint out where you need it.
